Climber (bare rooted)
Masses of medium sized white with pale lemon centred blooms are produced on this vigorous climber. Against a background of unusually pointed, healthy, dark green glossy foliage, Lamarque makes a spectacular display throughout the growing season.
Lamarque loves warm climates but if pruned too severely, it will sulk and produce few blooms. All that is needed is dead heading and the removal of dead wood.
Named for Jean Maximilien Lamarque who served in the french army during the French Revolution. He became a popular but controversial figure.
Fragrance: Strong, tea.
Height: to 300cm.
