City of Newcastle, renamed as Veterans Honor has large double petal rose - borne mainly in a single, high centred bloom form - in a rich, deep red colouring. Featuring medium, semi-glossy dark foliage and prolific blooms which flower continuously throughout the season, it is a particularly healthy plant.
Fragrance: Slight raspberry scent.
